General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Alpine Soaring website and services. By booking a training session or using our website, you agree to these terms. Alpine Soaring is operated by Egor Kanakhin, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered with the Draguignan Trade and Companies Register under no. 108 863 473, based at LFNF — Vinon-sur-Verdon aerodrome, France.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a reservation. Prices are stated in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Alpine Soaring reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled due to weather or safety conditions by Alpine Soaring will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Safety and Liability

All training activities are conducted in accordance with French civil aviation regulations (DGAC) and European aviation safety standards (EASA). Participants must follow all instructions from certified instructors. Alpine Soaring is not liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Alpine Soaring and may not be reproduced without written permission.
